Three core services; all grounded in evidence, all delivered with care.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is one of the most effective, evidence-based therapies available for trauma, anxiety, and deeply held negative beliefs. It works with the brain’s own healing process – without requiring you to retell every painful detail.

Bio-Magnetic Therapy

A non-invasive, holistic approach that works with the body’s magnetic energy to identify and rebalance underlying health disruptions – particularly helpful for chronic conditions, persistent physical symptoms, skin conditions and unexplained health concerns.

Reiki

A deeply relaxing, Japanese energy healing practice that supports stress relief, emotional wellbeing, and the body’s natural ability to heal. Sessions can be delivered in person or online.

Testimonials

“I approached Marc because I was very concerned about my son’s mental health. Marc was so caring and gave me the time to off load and share my concerns. He suggested my son have a session with him. My son was reluctant at first, so I asked him to attend just one session. He completed all the sessions with Marc and found him easy to talk to. Marc gave him space to think and rationalise his feelings. In the weeks that followed I saw my son recover and his mental health improved immensely. Marc equipped him with the strategies to put in his emotional toolkit, which he still uses today. I wrote to Marc after the sessions thanking him for giving us back our son and helping him return to a state of positive mental health.”

I came across Marc nearly 4 years ago and when I heard about EMDR I have to say I was a bit sceptical. BUT within the first few sessions of EMDR with him the difference was like night and day, the technology is really brilliant where it helps your process difficult memories by signalling things like REM sleep (at least that was my basic understanding of it) amongst many other things, this was the tool he used but it was Marc who really made it effective, coaching you through, helping get to the route problem, dissecting it and then working on how to change those negative associations and thoughts. For me my self confidence came back within the first few weeks with him and I continued to use him on and off for the next year. Marc was gentle and non-judgemental and he helped me and my family so much, he never skipped a detail either making sure to get a holistic picture of you to understand you so he can help you better. I can't recommend his services enough and his EMDR was very effective!

Marc has been an incredible support for my son and our family. From the very beginning, he created a calm, safe environment and quickly gained my son's trust, which was so important to us. Marc has helped my son work through the things he worries about and has given him valuable support and reassurance during difficult times. His calm, understanding and compassionate approach has made a huge difference to my son's confidence and wellbeing. Knowing that Marc is there for us brings both my son and me a great deal of comfort and reassurance. We know that if support is needed, Marc is always there to listen, guide and help. We are extremely grateful for everything he has done and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, professional and highly skilled therapist.

The first time I walked into Marc’s treatment room I felt such a great sense of calm. He asked me all about myself and what I hoped to gain from our sessions. I told him I was getting quite a few migraines which were lasting all day and also some muscle and joint pain. I found him a very easy person to talk to. I laid down on the treatment couch which was very comfortable and was covered in a warm blanket. He then placed several magnets under me. He did explain what he was trying to do. After the session I felt really relaxed. My husband said when I got home that I was the most relaxed he’d seen me and I felt in a little less pain. In between my 2 weekly sessions my migraines weren’t so intense. I would definitely recommend Marc He is such an interesting person to talk to along with helping my pains and migraines
